A root server is a physical server operated by Trenka Informatik, you have access to the root of the server and can control all applications and virtualization of the server itself.

Backups are created by the client, you can order additional drives or backup solutions through us if needed.

The root server will run Proxmox by default, you can access the Proxmox configuration through any web browser. After creating your Virtual servers you can connect Through RDP or PuTTY, depending on operating system.
